The overall planning tool that we used for developing our course was Planalyst, a software tool developed by our professor. The software was in a MAC format, so I do not have a usable softcopy. Following is a partial recreation from my hardcopy.

Elements of Planalyst on the first page for each lesson were - Authors, Objectives, Learners & Context, Room Setup, To Bring, To Do Ahead, Events, Media Used, Revisions/Reflections. Then there were minute-by-minute descriptions of the lessons in extreme detail.
